Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fruit
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Place fruit in bottom of baking dish.
Cream together butter and 3/4 cup sugar.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Spoon this over fruit.
Sift together 1 cup sugar and cornstarch and sprinkle over dough on fruit.
Pour boiling water on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
