Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked beans, drained (or 3/4 c.)
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. coconut
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mash 1/2 cup beans until smooth.
    Stir in sugar, coconut and margarine.
    Blend in eggs, stir in other 1/2 cup beans and pour into pie shell.
    Bake 35 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until done.
    Can use walnuts or pecans instead of beans.
