Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
juice from 1 1/2 lemons
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add boiling water and lemon juice.
Cook until thick.
Stir in egg yolks, cook 1 minute longer.
Add butter. Cool.
Pour in baked pie shell and top with meringue or Cool Whip.
