Cashew Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. dill weed, minced
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
cashews
1 head chunked lettuce
Preparation

Cook chicken (microwave 4 minutes on High, then rotate and cook another 4 minutes, or bake until done).
Dice chicken.
Mix chicken, dill weed, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice.
Place on top of bed of lettuce.
Sprinkle cashews on top.
Serve with Paul Newman's oil and vinegar dressing.
Serves 4 to 6.
