Chicken Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned (not too large)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to flatten (or have butcher put through their machine).
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
    Dip chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture; roll chicken, tucking in ends.
    Place in baking dish, dot with butter and bake for 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6.
