Velvet Cake Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    1 stick margarine
    5 c. plain flour
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Add butter and mix until damp. Add milk and beat until creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add flavoring and beat until smooth.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 275\u00b0.
