Honey-Nut Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, pecans, peanuts or toasted almonds
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center.
