Brioche Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm milk
    3 eggs, at room temperature
    1 c. Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 egg yolk plus 2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large warm bowl.
    Add sugar, salt, warm milk, butter, 3 eggs and 1 cup flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough more flour to make a soft dough.
    On floured board, knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl; turn to grease top.
    Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled, about 1 hour.
    Punch dough down; cover bowl tightly. Refrigerate 5 hours.
