Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 oz. chopped pimento
    1 small chopped onion
    1 pkg. corn bread dressing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine and toss with dressing mix.
    Cook squash in a small amount of water; add soup, sour cream and vegetables.
    Layer dressing and squash, ending with dressing.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven 20 to 30 minutes.
