Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very ripe medium banana, peeled
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c. strawberries, stems removed
Preparation
    Break banana into small pieces; put in the blender.
    Add all the other ingredients.
    Secure lid; blend until smooth.
    Divide into 2 serving glasses; serve immediately.
