Seafoam - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
2 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and salt in water. Cook without stirring to 255\u00b0 or the hard ball stage. Remove from heat and slowly pour over beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Add vanilla.
Continue beating until candy cools and will hold its shape.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
