Dutch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bottom ground beef
    1 onion, cut fine
    1 pkg. carrots, cut fine
    1 medium can tomatoes
    1/4 c. Minute tapioca
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 whole cloves
    salt
Preparation
    Cut beef into
    inch
    cubes.
    Add
    cold\twater to cover. Cook in bean pot
    or earthen dish all day.
    Stir occasionally. More water may be needed.
    One-half hour before serving, add 1 can peas, drained.
