Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onions
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. celery
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, cube and seasoning and mix well.
    Simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Gradually add milk and flour and cook until thickened.
    Add cheese cubes and stir until melted.
