Potato-Rutabaga Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pared and cubed rutabaga
    3 c. cubed potato
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    boiling salted water
    light cream and butter
Preparation
    Combine rutabaga, potato and chopped onion in boiling salted water until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Mash with light cream and butter until fluffy.
    Season to taste.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
