Banana Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
4 large eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 c. finely shredded carrots

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla well.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and allspice; add to mixture.
Add bananas and carrots; mix well.
Turn into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
