Microwave Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Use a 2-quart microwave dish with a cover.
    Bring water, butter and salt to a boil on highest setting.
    Add rice, stir, and cook on High for 5 minutes.
    Then microwave on defrost setting for 10 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before removing cover.
