Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can cream corn
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
1 regular batch cornbread batter
1 lb. pkg. jalapeno cheese
Preparation

Brown
ground
meat; set aside to drain.
Mix cornbread batter up and pour 1/3 into heated Dutch oven.
Return ground meat to skillet and add taco seasoning, follow instructions on package. Cook until all water is gone.
Place ground meat mix on top of batter in Dutch oven, being careful not to go to the edge
of batter.
Place
bell pepper and onions and pour corn over everything, being careful not to touch of batter.
Place thick sliced
cheese
on\ttop.
Pour
remaining
batter
over everything.
Bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
