Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 cans tomato sauce
    salt
    garlic
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, pepper, rice, eggs and salt and garlic to taste in large bowl.
    Roll into large meatballs (about the size of the palm of your hand).
    Brown in large saucepan until meatballs are done, stirring often.
    Drain off grease; add tomato sauce.
    Add 1 can of water.
    Cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Leave in sauce.
