Tomatoed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1/4 c. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 large tomato, cut up
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except tomato.
Mix well and cook over medium heat until margarine is melted.
Cover and continue to cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in tomato.
Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
