Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
9 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar.
Sift together all dry ingredients and add to eggs and sugar.
Beat to blend.
Add zucchini and nuts. Bake in a 10-inch tube pan, greased and floured, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
