My Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small (7 or 8 oz.) bag egg noodles
    1 lb. or more ground chuck or ground round
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Green Giant whole kernel corn (I use the one that has the red and green peppers added)
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Spray Dutch oven with Pam. Saute onion and pepper. Add ground meat which has been seasoned with seasoning salt and black pepper. Cook until all the redness is gone from the meat. Add all other ingredients and while this is cooking, boil about 2 quarts of water. Add noodles and return to a boil. Cook about 5 or 6 minutes. Drain. Fold noodles into the meat mixture. Pour into a buttered, large, oblong Pyrex casserole dish. Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Cheddar (or cheese of your choice) and return to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
