Pork Chops And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-6-8 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. milk (evaporated)
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 sliced onion
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in shortening and drain off the fat.
    Mix chicken soup, milk and water; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over the pork chops.
    Cover and cook one hour on low heat.
    Stir now and then.
