Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil*
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, salt and 3 cups flour.
    Beat 2 minutes and add egg and oil. Gradually beat in remaining flour until smooth.
    Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
    Punch down.
    Form into rolls, pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, etc.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Pizza dough does not need to rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Yield:
    3 to 4 dozen medium rolls or cinnamon rolls, 2 pizzas.
