Indonesian Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 piece pork butt (4 to 5 lb.)
1 clove minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. shoyu
1/3 c. vinegar
won bok
Preparation

Brown pork on all sides.
Combine all ingredients and pour over the pork. Simmer 4 hours.
Skim fat or refrigerate overnight and remove fat.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch.
Parboil won bok. Place sliced pork over won bok and pour thickened sauce over before serving.
