Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large can Veg-All, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 small can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix all above and top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
