Fantasy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Parkay margarine
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 (13 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow cream
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a 5-quart pot; bring to a full rolling boil.
    Stir constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
    Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended.
    Pour into two greased 13 x 9-inch pans.
    Cool at room temperature.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 6 pounds.
    Do not substitute sweetened condensed milk for evaporated milk.
