Pasta Fazzole (Figole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can ceci beans
1 large can butter beans
1 large can cannellini beans
1/2 large can or 1 small can tomatoes in juice, chopped or blended
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
dash of garlic powder
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1/4 c. red wine (optional)
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Drain beans; add to saute. Add other ingredients and simmer.
Serve over small pasta.
