Sunday Chicken Breasts And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 halves)
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
3/4 c. white cooking wine
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Put uncooked rice in shallow baking dish.
Mix both soups and mushrooms together.
Spoon this mixture over dry rice, then spoon the wine over this.
Place the chicken in next.
Over the chicken, sprinkle dry onion soup.
Seal tightly with heavy-duty foil and bake 2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven. Do not open while baking.
