Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. margarine
1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, cocoa, cinnamon and baking powder together.
Set aside.
Cream the margarine, shortening and sugar together.
Mix flour mixture with creamed mixture, adding milk with vanilla. Beat egg whites and fold in mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a greased and floured tube pan.
Let stand in pan 15 to 20 minutes.
