Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream
    strawberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
    Continue beating and slowly add sugar.
    Beat in vinegar and vanilla.
    Cover cookie sheet with foil, shiny side up.
    Drop mixture by teaspoons on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 1 hour; turn heat to 100\u00b0 and bake another 20 minutes.
    Check that they don't brown. They're ready when they can be gently peeled off foil.
    Just before serving, put dollop of whipped cream in each center and top with berry.
