Green Peas And Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can LeSueur peas (tiny peas)
1 can asparagus spears
3 eggs, boiled and chopped or sliced
1 can chopped mushrooms, well drained
24 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish layer peas, asparagus spears, chopped mushrooms, eggs and cheese.
Pour mushroom soup over all and top with final layer of cheese and Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is brown and bubbly.
