Katsu-Don(Pork On Rice-A Japanese Main Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast or pork loin, cut into slices
    salt and pepper
    flour
    beaten egg
    bread crumbs
    oil
    1 medium chopped onion, sauteed
    1/2 c. Aji Mirin
    1 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    rice
Preparation
    Cut roast
    or
    pork
    loin into slices.
    Salt and pepper each slice.
    Flour
    each
    slice,
    then dip in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
    Deep
    fry
    in
    oil.
    Remove
    and cut into small pieces. Saute
    onion.
    Put
    meat and onion in a deep pan with Aji Mirin, soy sauce, sugar and beaten egg.
    Boil until thick. Serve over rice.
