Baked Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium onions, cut in wedges and sliced thin
1 (3-3/4 oz.) bag potato chips
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

In a 9x13 buttered casserole alternate layers of onions, potato chips and cheddar cheese.
Pour mushroom soup and milk over the top of the onion mixture.
Sprinkle cayenne pepper on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
