Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla)
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 large pkg. Oreo cookies, crumbled well

Preparation

Cream together the margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar (can put butter and cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds to soften).
Mix together the milk, pudding and Cool Whip; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Layer crumbled Oreo cookies and pudding mixture, ending with cookies.
Refrigerate.
