Susie'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, minced
4 oz. loose Italian sausage
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. spicy Italian herbs
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Wash mushrooms.
Remove and chop stems.
Drain caps.
Saute onion, pepper, sausage, garlic and stems until tender.
Add bread crumbs, cheese, herbs, salt and pepper.
Mix together.
Add chicken broth as needed to make stuffing moist.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
Place in baking dish, stuffing side up.
Add remaining chicken broth and enough water to make 1/4-inch of liquid in bottom.
Bake at 325\u00b0
for 25 to 30 minutes.
