Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. long grain uncooked rice
    1 large or 2 medium onions, sauteed in margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 medium or 1 large head of cabbage
Preparation
    Cook rice about half done.
    Take a knife and cut down toward center of cabbage and around core of cabbage.
    Put into large pot, about 1/2 or 3/4 full of water.
    Bring to a simmer.
    Start taking leaves off and put on side to cool.
    Saute onions until they start to get tender.
