Southern Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears fresh corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
    oil
Preparation
    Cut corn from ears of corn; scrape cob.
    Combine corn, flour and water.
    Cook in skillet with hot oil.
    Stir.
    Cook 2 minutes. Add seasonings and butter.
    Continue cooking until corn is tender.
