Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Mix
    flour,
    shortening
    and buttermilk.
    Roll out in a long roll.
    Place
    sausage between wax paper and roll in same length as dough.
    Place sausage on top of dough.
    Roll like a jelly
    roll. Place
    in
    freezer overnight.
    Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
