Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. plain sifted flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. bottle red food coloring
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat well.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Mix coloring and cocoa; add coloring mixture to egg and beat well until blended.
Cook in 3 cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
