Chicken Mulligatawny Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced apple
    2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (or less)
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook apple, coconut and onion with curry in butter until tender.
    Add soup; pour into blender and blend until smooth. Return mixture to saucepan; gradually stir in milk and yogurt. Heat and stir occasionally.
    Garnish with sliced apple.
    Makes about 3 cups or 4 servings.
