Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 chicken breasts, poach chix breasts in salt and pepper and water, then chop chicken into 1/2-inch cubes
3/4 c. chopped celery
3 to 4 chopped boiled eggs
4 oz. slivered almonds, toasted
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, eggs and slivered almonds together. Mix mayonnaise, chicken soup and lemon juice together.
Stir this mixture into salad portion.
Place in baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until it bubbles.
Top with crushed potato chips and bake 10 minutes longer.
