Ingredients

approximately 8 zucchini squash
1 can tomatoes
1 medium onion
oregano to taste
dash of pepper
1 small pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender.
Drain well.
Mash squash with fork.
Over low heat, chop tomatoes into squash.
Add oregano, pepper and a little margarine.
Heat until warm.
Top with Mozzarella and melt in oven or microwave.
