Oatmeal Apple Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    1 large chopped apple, cored but not peeled
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. plus 2 heaping Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. quick oats
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper cups.
    Prepare all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add chopped apples and raisins to dry mixture.
    Beat egg, add oil and milk, then add to dry mixture, mixing just to moisten.
    Spoon mixture into muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve piping hot or cool.
