Texas Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup (fat free)
1/2 soup can skim milk
1 chicken, skinned and cut into pieces
1/3 c. dry onion flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle rice on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish or pan. Mix soup, water and milk.
Heat and then pour over rice.
Place chicken pieces in pan with rice.
Sprinkle onion flakes, garlic powder and pepper over top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
