Swedish Apple Pie(A Crustless Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 c. apples, chopped
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients. Add apples, nuts and egg.
Stir together.
Spread into 8-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 25 to 30 minutes. Test apples for tenderness with toothpick.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Serves 5 or 6.
