Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat, cut into small chunks
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. sour cream
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
8 oz. (4 cups) egg noodles
Preparation

Saute beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown.
Stir in soup and water.
Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until beef is tender.
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Just before serving add sour cream to beef mixture, stir and heat for 2 minutes.
Serve beef over hot noodles.
