Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quartered unpeeled small red potatoes
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    6 slices crisply cooked bacon, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cover bottom of shallow baking pan with oil.
    Bake potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes or until they are tender and golden.
    Mix Miracle Whip, eggs, bacon, onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    Add potatoes; mix lightly.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
