Cool Fruit Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 large boxes vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding
    fresh or frozen strawberries
    4 to 6 bananas
    canned, fresh or frozen peaches
    canned, fresh or frozen blueberries (optional)
Preparation
    Mix pudding, use only 3 1/2 to 4 cups of milk.
    Pudding will be thick.
    Blend in Cool Whip.
    Break cake in half.
    Crumble 1/2 on bottom of oblong pan.
    Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over cake. Take 1/2 of each fruit and make a layer on top of pudding mixture. Repeat, starting with cake.
    If desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts) on last layer of fruit.
