Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cabbage, diced
    2 small carrots, diced
    1/4 onion, diced
    1 tomato, diced
    2 jalapenos, diced and seeded
    1 Tbsp. consomme
    5 peppercorns
    3 tsp. hot sauce
    cilantro (as desired)
    fish, cubed (catfish is preferred but haddock is also good)
Preparation
    Stir-fry vegetables until onion is translucent and cabbage has changed color.
    Add water and consomme.
    Add salt, peppercorns, hot sauce and cilantro.
    Boil until vegetables are tender.
    Add fish, return to boil and serve.
