Tropical Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix shortening and sugars until creamy.
Add egg and pineapple.
Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
